Using the "arts" to help you relax, and tap into your own creative insights is one such powerful tool. Plus it is flexible enough to be used "in the moment" through the play of imagination.
The goal of my work as a counselor is to "help you ... help yourself". Chaotic times (I think we can formally say, 'They have arrived'!) are like cards being thrown into the air. What are your hopes? Peace, love and success? Your "intention" is your vote in this natural and richly creative process. Your intuition is what guides you when there are no apparent rules to follow! The challenge is to not let "fear" stifle what you need to do most, trust yourself!!
Drawing on thirty years of therapeutic work, I use the "arts" to tap into the wisdom of the creative process in my work with you. As you explore this website you will find opportunities to learn more about strengthening the creative process through art meditation, as well as, arranging for individual consultation and/or workshops and Reiki. Many services are perfect for phone sessions.
